Raylight is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team..
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing information technology systems
- Define and incorporate system security and control procedures to protect data entrusted to assigned systems
- Solving any hardware or software issues
- Developing and implementing IT policy
- Knowledge of version tracking software
- oversee the whole IT system which could include Network, Servers, ERP and other IT services
Qualifications
- 2+ years in the industry or demonstrable work
- Strong programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
– Gameplay Programmers
Overview
Raylight is looking for an experienced Programmers to join our team to work on incoming titles. You will work closely with other programmers, game designers, and artists to implement and improve game features for rewarding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to iterate on gameplay features and ensure a great player experience.
- Develop and own full aspect of the game experience.
- Collaborate with other members of the programmers’ team to build sustainable and maintainable technologies and optimized code on all platforms
- Write clear, maintainable, portable C++ code
- Capable of quick iteration and feedback loops while working with the team
Qualifications
- 2+ years in the games industry or demonstrable work
- Strong knowledge of C/C++
- Excellent math skills
- Solid architecture and design ability
- Ability to fearlessly jump into large, existing code bases
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
– Senior 3DArtists
Overview
Raylight is looking for experienced 3D Artists to join our team to work on incoming titles. You will work closely with programmers and game designers to implement and improve game visuals for rewarding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Delivers a set of final highly polished assets including high and low poly models and textures.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to build sustainable, maintainable and optimized art and models on all platforms.
- Actively participates in technical and artistic problem-solving.
- Capable of quick iteration and feedback loops while working with the team.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to build sustainable, maintainable and optimized art and models on all platforms.
- Documents process and communicates requirements.
- Constantly and proactively seeks to improve the production processes, tools and pipelines.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2+ years in the games industry or demonstrable work.
- Solid understanding of 3dsmax or Maya or Blender, Z-brush, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
- Understanding of node-based shader networks, Marvelous Designer, Substance Designer is a plus.
- Understanding of source control softwares.
Ohter Skills:
- Skilled at drawing, sculpting, and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles.
- Understanding of clean edge flow and best practices for modeling for animation performance.
- Knowledge/ understanding of human and animal anatomy.
- Ability to meet deadlines under tight schedules.
